Who We Are
Our Mission & Values
Texas Regional Urology was built on a straightforward idea: people shouldn't have to drive into the Texas Medical Center to get medical-center care. Our physicians trained at Baylor, Harvard, Duke, and MD Anderson, and they chose to practice in Tomball, The Woodlands, and Kingwood — in the communities where their patients actually live.
What We Stand For
Our Values

Specialist Care, Close to Home
A urologic problem shouldn't cost you a day of driving and parking. Our three offices sit in the neighborhoods our patients live in, each across from a hospital, with the full range of evaluation and in-office procedures available on site. The expertise is the same as you'd find downtown. The commute isn't.

Access When You Need It
Urologic problems rarely wait politely for the next available appointment. A kidney stone doesn't, and neither does the anxiety of an abnormal PSA result. We ensure fast appointments for all patients.

Straight Talk About Uncomfortable Things
Much of urology involves subjects people have spent years not discussing — leakage, erectile dysfunction, blood where it shouldn't be. We don't make patients work to bring those up, and we don't soften the answers once they do. You'll get a plain explanation of what's happening, what the options are, and what each one costs you as well as what it offers.

The Right Treatment, Not the Most Treatment
Some prostate cancers are better watched than treated. Some kidney stones pass on their own. Some men with an enlarged prostate need nothing more than a change in fluid timing. We'd rather tell you that than schedule a procedure — and when surgery genuinely is the answer, we'll say that just as plainly.

One Team, Start to Finish
The urologist who diagnoses you is the one who performs your procedure, reviews your pathology, and tracks your results for years afterward. Continuity isn't a scheduling convenience; it's how a physician recognizes that something has changed.

Care for Everyone
Urology is widely assumed to be a men's specialty, and that assumption keeps women from getting help for problems we treat every day. We care for men, women, and children — and several of our providers practice in both English and Spanish.
